The rosé to have when your're having more than one (bottle). The addition of Rolle (Vermentino) to the blend adds a lovely richness to the mouthfeel and aromatic freshness. Such a joy to drink on it's own. What it foregoes in complexity and tannin it makes up for in spades in drinkability. Oh, and certified Biodynamic vineyards (Organic), rare for Provence.
