"Eff-er-veh Cent" is 100% estate-grown Gamay vinified in the Methode Ancestrale, a process that captures the CO2 from primary fermentation in the bottle. A proper balance of natural residual sugar supports ripe red fruit melange and a luscious carpet of bubbles. Perfect with salty charcuterie. Do you like Lambrusco? Do you like fun? Do you want to drink like the hip people of Lyon, France? Unless you are militantly anti-sugar you will find this wine incredibly delicious.
